Art is Easy, Living as a Human is Hard AF—Hard Enough to Make Stones…

There’s a mind and a body. We have a heart and a soul. Getting these four to play nice all smashed together on Earth, is a job for Mary Poppins.  Even she flew her umbrella the fuck out of here. Earth is hardddd. Rocks are hard. How do you flow in a hard atmosphere? How do you do good when you don’t feel good?

Ok… so we are living in a horror movie right now.  Shock is the everyday. We can’t wail enough.  Last week, three clients had gallstones. The week before, two clients had kidney stones.  Two people I know told me via text on the same day, “Hi, it’s me. The ER just said it was food poisoning or diverticulitis, not Covid-19.”  Are our insides meeting the outsides? I think so.

I tell my 10-year-old son to make a shield around himself before he leaves the house.  He wears a mask like a champ. I ask him to mask the rest of himself.  Take in only what you need and can use. Delete the rest. “Don’t drink in the car accident on the road,” I say. He will see five minutes of the evening news and say, “Mom, why is Trump such a pig? Did his mother not love him?” I’m sure psychiatrists and mediums all over know exactly why Trump is the garbage that he is. Bottom line: Trump slaughtered 2020, massacred 2019, chopped up 2016-2018. There are no words, only missions, and we have to clean up our Earth.

First, we need to make good choices on what we put into our bodies (food) and minds (information).  We need energy, power, and action.
