SHAME SUCKS

Sometimes you need your own getaway private space—a place where you can tell the universe to call you later—what I call, A BOUNDARY ROOM. This room/space/place is a force field where you can go and tune into your own energy.  You hang up your own external phone and only connect to your true power within: Source energy. You are filled with blue sky, butterflies, and Maui waters only. No crabs can bite you here.

When it’s rough to say no, or hell no, or no damn way, hide and live with the guilt and shame of taking a needed time out. The benefits and rewards are great: sanity, health, and happiness.
